I think he is correct. T4 is a psychology matter. I personally created an alt because I was tired of constantly loosing. A few more like me and you WILL loose. I could see it in my guild, which had fewer and fewer T4 raids because noone cared. T4 is a hard nut to crack for Mythic since they have to incorporate so many playing styles. So the same could have happened to destro?

Personally I have only had one take with T4 and I found it very frustrating. I was a BW without wards and gear, constantly dying on a, at that time, destruction dominated server. We always fought in the same zones since we had no way of locking (I have never fought in praag). Being in a stalemate like that is no fun. The GOA manager above talks about cooperation and leadership, but thats not something the individual player can control, unless he is a powergamer which lots of time to arrange raids. So seen from a casual players like me T4 can be frustrating.  But that was all pre 1.2, now I am looking forward to T4 again, and my engineer is close, so very close
