Down some egg nog, shred some gifts, and let's march down this past week's 17 most interesting, weird or informative WAR articles (at least, to me) (why 17? because I haven't had time to catch up on blog posts the past couple days):

  1. "Keep Improvement: Door Control" @ Werit - Everybody's a backdoor door dev!
  2. "My Stand on Keg's End" @ Doppler - The fireworks WERE great, weren't they?
  3. "Tier 4 Not As Epic As It Could Be" @ Wizards & Wenches - Could we play on a server where we never left Tier 1? That'd be awesome.
  4. "No Prisoners No Mercy #18" - The podcast NOT done by us (but still, it's pretty good)
  5. "I'd Rather Be In Tier 1, 2 or 3" @ Pwnsan - I agree, dude.  Love the line about "Olympic competition"!
  6. "The Keg That Stole Christmas" @ The Greenskin - Ho ho ho!
  7. "WAR now lets you recruit friends to join your battles" @ Classy Gamer - Hey, earn free game time while growing the population! Cheeky!
  8. "Wren Plays Warhammer Part II: The Sorceress" @ Brasse - Purple is the new pink!
  9. "Brew that puts hair on yer chest" @ Stunty Stomper - A general mishmash post, but informative nonetheless!
  10. "Altdorf Invaded" @ RP That Way - Cowards, flee for your virtual lives!
  11. "Best Persistent World Game 2008" @ IGN - Grats to Mythic on another terrific award!
  12. "War is too big? Will some fire fix it?" @ Wall of Text - Guess that's why you don't see a lot of CoW advertising these days...
  13. "Darkness Falls in WAR - Map Inside!" @ Hardcore Casual - Don't get too excited, he's just a tease!
  14. "Dev Diary: Patches" @ The Herald - This guy is possibly on drugs. Whee!
  15. "Commands vs. Auras - Let's Get It On!" @ Wizards and Wenches - The deciding factor between Chosen and Knights? You decide!
  16. "The Rich Get Richer: Why Order Is Doomed To Fail" @ Skurmish - It's a snowball, and not the fun kind.
  17. "PC Top 10 & PC MMO of the Year Award" @ GameSpy - WAR makes their #2 PC game of the year, right behind Fallout 3!
